Yesterday, we received an email notification from Allegro regarding our Offer stating that it has become unlinked with the catalog. We are reaching out seeking assistance to resolve this matter.
We are a Dutch company, and our brand is registered across Europe. As the rightful brand owner, we hold exclusive rights to sell our brand and, consequently, the sole right to sell the EAN’s.
It has come to our attention that there are multiple offers with differt EAN’s from other sellers linked to our product.
The other sellers changed some parameters and images and unlinked our to EAN and product on Allegro.
How is this possible? And how can we link our EAN again to the catalog?

How is it possible that our product that we own suddenly becomes unlinked? Because we own both the EAN and the brand. And have the exclusive right to sell this product in Europe.
How can we report this to Allegro? That is our EAN and no one else is allowed to sell this?
