Hello,

I've registered on allegro 5 days ago. It is said that activation takes 3 working days. However, it is said that I can't sell yet and verification is in progress. 

There is an option of paying 1.01 PLN, however, this option doesn't suit me because the commission for this payment is 24 euros from EU, because the transaction is international.

What should I do to start selling?

So, if I choose bank transfer, will you refund not only 1.01 PLN, but also the commission fee for the transaction?
