Please note that we do not use One Fulfillment, as we manage shipping independently.
We are currently experiencing difficulties during the listing/publication process and would like to ensure that our account is correctly set up to publish products properly.
In particular, we would like to understand whether it is possible to retrieve product information via TecDoc, and whether we are required to upload our own product images or if catalog images can be used.
