Can someone please tell us where and how we can contact the customer via allegro platform? I have not found a function via Message Center with which I can write to a customer. A sedation from a customer has been in the store for a week and needs to be picked up quickly by the customer. We would like to inform the customer so that a return can be avoided.

@PANASIAM you can write an email to his/her hashed email address or send a message via Message Center. As I understood you have already tried the second option, but why you can't sent it? You should have an option "new message" on the right side of Message Center, like here:
