I Metin2 poland coins will be sold in server sales but how to perform I live in Turkey and I could not find how to get money 

Can I use payoneer and what should I do to avoid being scammed during the sale?

if you want to sell it on Allegro, you have to accept payments to the Allegro account that you withdraw to your bank account in Turkey, which is in your name and surname. There is no other way than to link your Allegro account with your bank account
