Illegal transaction

I am writing to you to a charge on my bank (Emirates National Bank Dubai) account using my debit card ( No: 4439137247227708) for some purchase without my concern or knowledge form your portal Dated 26/08/2022. I have already made the compliant to the bank and other local authorities.
I would appreciate if you could look into this matter and remove the charge from my account. Awaiting your response
