I'm the new seller on allegro.pl and couldn't find the information anywhere about the finance side when selling here. There's nothing about it in the academy. Also, I wrote the letter to the allegro team, but didn't get the answer as well, so trying to find the answers here:
1. When I get the order, should I write the invoice to the allegro, or to the buyer? And where do I need to upload it?
2. What is the maximum amount of the transportation for the order? Also, do I have to add it to the invoice, or it's included in the price of the device/ which buyer pays?
3. When the buyer wants to return the device, where do I get that information? The buyer should write to me, or I will see some request in my seller account?
4. When the buyer return the device, should I create the pickup and pay for the transportation?
5. Does the allegro.pl has some return regulations, for example - that the buyer can return the device up to 14 days after the purchase?

You write the invoice to the customer's data available in the Zamówienia tab. Also there you attach it. Here you will find additional information.

The buyer pays for delivery as much as the price of the parcel delivery method chosen by the buyer (specified in the price list shown on the offer page). The question of costs that should be included in the invoice is best consulted with your accountant.

If the buyer decides to return, you will receive a notification. The information will also be visible in your tabs.

In the case of a consumer return - no. Here we described how the return looks like from the customer's perspective.

Also, do I understand correctly, that when I get the order, I need to create an invoice to the order, but the recipient in the invoice will be allegro?
