Hello, I would like to ask Big Seller:
I sent my product to Allegro warehouse, and my product EAN code for example is 1234, but during the editing process, Allegro system kept asking me to link other products, otherwise it would show "no connection" status, and when I successfully linked, my EAN code was no longer 1234, but other codes. This means that I can no longer sell this product to other customers, because once someone orders it, the warehouse cannot ship it because my EAN code has been changed.
So, can anyone tell me what to do?
It is worth mentioning that I sent many emails to Allegro customer service, and they usually only replied to me that they received the case, but there was no reply afterwards.
Another question: In a batch of goods I sent to the official warehouse, one of the SKUs had a quantity of 100. The warehouse showed that 100 pieces were received, but there were only 92 pieces available for sale. I asked them where the other 8 pieces went:

Initially, the receipt of 100 pieces was marked, but an update was made when splitting into 8 pieces, so 92 were delivered and accepted.
The quantity is correct now.‘’

Today I received another reply from the customer service, who told me: I was informed by the warehouse when we received the goods that there were 100 pieces in the delivery note. However, in the end we accepted 92 pieces and you can check this correct quantity in the Stock tab.
This reply did not solve the problem at all, 100 pieces, 92 pieces. He did not tell anyone where the other 8 pieces went, nor would he help you check, nor give you any solutions or suggestions.
