Order cancellation

I am a seller I want to cancel a placed order and return payment as I won't be able to deliver on time. Would this reduce my seller rating what percentage of order placed can I cancel

@ACART_ECOMMERCE ss a seller, you cannot cancel an order. If you are unable to complete the order, contact the buyer to explain the situation, and then return the funds via Allegro Finance.
