Question related to the Allegro sales fee

we have a problem about sales commission. 

we discovered that link about fee knowledge:

allegro.pl/pomoc/dla-sprzedajacych/kalkulator-oplat

i calculated many times but finally i got same percent. for software os category based allegros commission is 8,64%, you can see below in the ss. my sale price is 195pln, so fee should have been 16.85pln.

but allegro got 38,51pln for every my sales.

almost 20%

 anyone can explain me this situation? because allegro help desk doesnt email to me. i asked!

@NazliComputer thank you for you message, let me explain. This is not a sales commission. It is a fee related to the e-commerce VAT, which entered into force on July 1, 2021. In this article, you will find detailed information in that matter.

i read the article but i didnt understand exactly. 

if u dont mind can u tell me how many percent should i pay vat. my company dosnt based in eu. but i have magazin in poland. i send the products from there. 

because i see 3 type vat. 23%, 8%, 5%?

but according my sales, had took almost 20% from me.

this is not request advice, i just wanna know how can calculate vat correctly. 

how is it calculated?

and then i can modify my sale price. i have to add vat to my offer.
