I have 2 questions to ask:

1. Our store has available funds, and now the store is in arrears, why can't we use the store's available funds to pay off this arrears.

2. Is it possible that the store is not selling because of the store's arrears. Or is there any other reason why our store is not selling?

3. why are many of the offers in the store being automatically taken down (expired、draft)?

1 On this issue, please contact us in private correspondence - it is a case of financial lockout of the account. We can only clarify this by email.
2. Yes, violations and account blocks affect the positioning of your offers on the listing.
3. The reason for the removal of listings is blocking. we will complete your offers in each market within 30 days. If you are asking about already expired offers - we will remove them or move them to the archive after 2 months of their expiration. Drafts are removed after two months.
