package delivered too early

In the past few days it has already happened three times that a package was delivered earlier than expected.

Now the first package is understandable because the dispatch was arranged by a private and the delivery time was approximate.

But as regards the other two packages, the delivery time was shown as an exact value at the moment of selecting the delivery method (Orlen paczka,8 days in one case, 27th of December in the other).

In both cases the delivery was made in only one day, which made it absolutely impossible for me to collect any of them.

In one case I could just ask someone else to pick it up, in the other case I don't have this option and I should not even need to.

I need to know:

1. who is responsible for the accuracy of delivery times when they are shown precisely, not as an estimate;
2. what are the options to extend the waiting time at the destination parcel locker and avoid the need to redo the same order (and possibly receive it too late).
