We asked the buyer to send a video to verify whether the projector was damaged. The buyer replied that he did not understand sending videos and asked for a new projector. However, the buyer complained again yesterday after receiving the new projector. After sending several pictures, he said that the projector image was not clear, the base was damaged and other problems, and gave negative comments not recommended. So we negotiated with the buyer to solve the problem, and the buyer requested to send the product for the third time, I know that I can't send it again anyway, may I ask how you can solve such problems?
