Withdraw money

Hello , 

I recently sold phone on allegro lokalnie and in cashout tab I see I have to confirm my data with my account I tried and it declined because ( i guess so ) I have 2 legal name on my passport , identity and resident permit but 6 years agp when I registered allegro I registered with my one name I believe that’s why allegro did not confirm me I tried to change my name in allegro settings it seems confirmation again what can I do more I don’t want to wait anymore for cash out my money
