Change return address

Guys, 

I forgot to change my return address. The customer has already created a return code in his allegro account.

How can I change the return address? 

Can the customer delete the current return code and create a new one?

Or I should connect with InPost and change the return address?

@prodolab Unfortunately, that won't work. The return is always ordered to the address indicated for returns at the time of purchase. Please correct the return address and tell the customer to write to us via the form.
