we have an technical issue (IP related) with email sendings to allegro customers. The normal support can´t find the problem but refuses to make contact with some person who is technical able to find the problem.
Also they can not tell us what the issue is. They say only it is not on allegro side but not what the problem is.
Is there any other way to contact someone who is able to help us?
@peter_TEU I'm sorry that you have an issue with sending messages unfortunetly I can't do more than the IT team. Our IT department had verified your case, and this problem does not occur on Allegro's side therefore we can't help you with that.
@la_nika We would like to solve this issue. But we only get the response "it is not on our side", which does not help us to find the issue.
It would be helpful if we could investigate this together, so a contact with the IT team would be nice.
Got contact to a Network engineer directly and it was an issue on allegro side (he fixed it). Support still says it is not on allegro side....
