@DJBargains right now the main reason of your sales quality score are the comments. If the buyers don't agree with canceling their opinions, you can ask others to write you a positive ones. Please remember that sales quality data is counted for a period of 30 days.

@DJBargains it is 30 days in general, for example the negative comment published on 26th March 2023 won't be counted in the monthly quality since 25 of April 2023.  
The deadline for settling sales bills on Allegro depends on the account type you sell from. If you hold a business account ― you need to pay once a month. Bills for listing offers and selling in a given month should be paid by the 14th day of the following month. At the beginning of each month, we email you with a monthly fee summary.

@DJBargains yes, you have to send him the invoice for that purchase and information necessary to make a transfer (including the gross amount and the VAT amount).
