Good morning
We are currently struggling with the problem of an unresolved discussion on Allegro.
Initially, we had good sales quality, but after a client marked one of the discussions as unresolved, we suddenly lost 240 points. As a result, our visibility has dropped to zero and we cannot take part in Allegro Day because we now have a negative result.
The customer refuses to end the discussion, claiming that he did not receive a spare part – even though our logistics company has confirmed the delivery of the shipment. Unfortunately, our account manager on Allegro has not been answering us for over a week.
We would be very grateful for information on whether there is a possibility to recover lost points if the customer ends the discussion, and what we can do in the meantime.

Do you have proof that the shipment was delivered to the buyer? In the discussion, the print screen you added only shows that it is in transit ("We deliver your shipment"), as I understand it.
