Refund

I have started a refund to a buyer and payment was made from me. The buyer did not start to return the item yet. Will buyer only receive funds after I have received the returned item?

@securespectrum You should withhold your refund if you have not received the item back. Are you in contact with the buyer? Does the buyer declare willingness to send the item back?

It was my first time issuing refund and I didn’t understand the process. I have issued refund but they still didn’t return my item
