Regarding the issue of hot-selling links being hidden and ranking display differences across differe

As mentioned in the title, when we checked our hot-selling links, we found that they were no longer visible in their respective category rankings. Given our confidence in our hot-selling links, which were still ranked at the top last week, we ruled out the possibility that the link rankings had dropped or the links had been removed due to poor operational management on our part.
We checked the ranking of the link across multiple clients and found that using the Allegro mobile app and Edge browser, we could not see the link, but when using other browsers, the link was visible.
We have invested significant effort and advertising budget into this link, and we do not believe this hiding of our link is reasonable. We would like to know how this discrepancy arose. If it is a normal phenomenon, how can we salvage our hot-selling link?

@juanqiche Please clarify exactly which links you mean. Where are they not displayed? Are you referring to offers submitted for the Summer Sale 2025? Please provide more details and examples of offer numbers that are not displayed but should be.

For example, in the category with the classification number 302981,
our quotation link with the number 17391633186
and another quotation link with the number 17319335094
were originally displayed on the first page of this category last week, but now we cannot even find them within the first five pages.
In the past, even if we did not invest enough in advertising or had not optimised the links for a long time, they should not have suddenly disappeared from the first page.

We have also noticed that other sellers' links seem to be experiencing the same issue. Last week, we could still see their quote links on the first page of this category on Edge or the Allegro mobile app, but starting this week, we can no longer find these familiar and highly competitive quote links in category 302981.
This change clearly goes beyond our previous understanding of Allegro's ranking mechanism. We are unsure whether Allegro's ranking mechanism has undergone a major change that we have not noticed.
However, this is not the first time we have encountered such a situation. In late March of this year, we also discovered similar issues.

@juanqiche At this stage, we do not confirm the existence of errors in the presentation of your offers in the search results. Remember that the offer position in the listings is not constant. It can change even several times during the day. So if the offers change their position, but are still available to potential customers, it is not an error.
