Dear moderators,
I confused the parcel lockers and kept trying to open the wrong one. Since the correct Allegro One Box was nearby, it actually opened a few times, and it seems that some random person closed it. At least that’s what they told me once I finally got to the correct parcel box.
Now the parcel status shows as “collected,” and I’m worried it’s still in the parcel locker and I'm not able to pick it up. Please assist.

On that maschine you should have a phone number to call on it then you box will be opened remotly.
