Hello Customer Service Team and Moderators,
I received an email stating that my package has been redirected and is ready for pick-up. The message says it will remain at the pick-up point until 28 August, 10:01.
I am not satisfied with this situation, as my parcels have recently been redirected by Allegro One Box lockers more than once. This time, the redirection completely disrupted my usual route, and I unfortunately missed the parcel because it was not delivered to the location I normally pass on my way home.
This package is important to me, and I would like to request an extension of the pick-up deadline at the Allegro One Box locker. I believe this is a reasonable request, as the issue occurred on Allegro’s side due to the redirection.
I choose to use the Allegro One Box service because I support sustainability, but unfortunately, the repeated redirections have caused significant inconvenience for me as a customer.
Therefore, I kindly ask you to extend the pick-up deadline until the end of Sunday, 31 August.
