Wystąpił problem z rozmiarem produktu.
Wysłałem e-mail do obsługi klienta, ale minęło 15 dni i nikt nie odpowiedział ani nie zajął się tym problemem.
System nadal nalicza opłaty na podstawie nieprawidłowych wymiarów.
Proszę o jak najszybszą pomoc w rozwiązaniu tego problemu.

It' s normal  for Allegro crew.  You need to become accustomed, or leave Allegro. They demand   from the sellers replying to customers on time and offer the best service but it does not concern them at all.  A long time ago it was such a cool sales platform.. but it is not anymore.

I' m a small seller of minerals and fossils from Poland, and sell on Allegro from the very beginning of the platform and my customers always used to be very pleased - a long time before new Allegro requirements for sellers.  Of course it was futher a platform for Polish sellers only so  I understand tha we have different experiences with Allegro and I can't help you.  However  I still say that  present Allegro is  a very  unfriendly place for sellers , with  requirements for sellers that are often impossible to meet (especially for small sellers like me) and very bad level of service quality.  So good luck.

Allegro does not allow to comumunicate via email  out of Allegro .  Sharing  emails to other user can lead to account lockout  imposed by the security department. Here is no one to whom you can file a complaint about the security department's actions and it is very difficult, sometimes impossible, (depending on the amount and type of offense) to unblock your account . And they just don't response your messages. My account never has been blocked  but you can read many cases here, on forum.

Sorry, I don't have time to write on the forum. I wrote to you impulsively but can;t write constantly to share information.

Generally my advice is that you need to know Allegro's regulations very, very well to avoid problems, and  reading this forum is very instructive. Good bye.

Do you know what information is required when applying for the brand attribute?
Some of my applications were easily approved, but others have been rejected.
I'm not sure why.
My brand is registered in the EU.
