Buying iPhone 13 pro from a company in China

I want to buy an iPhone 13 pro from a seller which is based in China. The delivery time is approximately 22 days. Can I buy from this seller, I don't know if this is scam or real. If I pay to the customer through blink in allergo, then if the product was not real, can allergo refund me incase of scam?

@Client:112302935 100% scam - it's obvious that you won't buy an original phone for 1/3 of the price 🙂 Buying at this auction will only waste your time.
