Refund of voucher

Hi, I had bought 3 games through vouchers that I wanted to buy as a present, however it turned out they were the wrong ones. 

I immediately contacted each seller within a few minutes after the purchase and they have been cancelled or are in the return process, however I‘m wondering how the funds from the vouchers will be returned? They are shown as already used and I would love to use them again for the right products. Will they be returned as vouchers, credit on allegro or cash? And how long does it usually take?

Thank you! I just saw that only 2 out of 3 of the vouchers are available. Do you perhaps know why? Should I wait a little more for the third one?

I have the same situation, I bought a dolly yesterday but during the payment I noticed that made a mistake and cancelled the transaction, unfortunately I do not see the my benefit voucher so far, could you please check it for me?
