refund of voucher

Hi, I wanted to buy a product for 69,74 zl and had submitted coupons for 70 zl. Now the product is unpaid and my coupons are gone. Can someone suggest me what's happening and why my coupons are lost.

The payment was made by card I don't see any coupon on your account. 
What kind of coupon it was?

We had two coupons worth 20 and 50 zl against  wgich we wanted to buy something. I had added the coupon to my buying but after adding they were not included in buying hence i am not sure whether they're still active or not. Please suggest further process how to utilise them.

@Client:49490761 You can only add one coupon per transaction. If you tried to use two coupons in the order Monica wrote about and they were not included, you should be able to use them for other purchases. Just to point out again: one payment - one coupon.
