Shipment to the dormitory

I would like to order packages to the dormitory,  but they cannot be left by the courier at the reception. This means that when the courier arrives and calls me on the phone, I have to go downstairs (near the reception) and pick up the package.

Another option is to order something that can be picked up at InPost parcel lockers.

What should I do?
