Just-tea Store. The seller must ensure delivery to the buyer.... I've never heard such a joke. You can file a claim with Allegro or the carrier for a refund, unless the package is returned to us, in which case we will refund the money. Especially since it's clearly stated that the buyer refused the goods. Regards.
May 27, 2026. I ordered and paid for tea. Allegro no. AD02HP8BO3. Delivery to Żabka store 4509733. After two days, there was no tracking. After three days, Allegro informed me of the delay and a new delivery date would be set for June 1, 2026. June 1. The package also never arrived; tracking has been enabled since then [on the way]. During this time, I was not informed by text or email from Allegro, DHL, or Just-Tea that the package had arrived. When packages arrive at Żabka 4509733, they are registered, but Żabka 4509733 does not!!! [The accusation that I refused to accept the package is a fraud or a lie].
