How long does it take to refund ?

I purchase a mobile from allegro i cancel it after somedays. I asked seller about refund .he say it will take 4-5 working days . But it is more then 8 working days .he is not responding my message  @w_kiwi @ko_alka @la_nika @nat_not @_HolaOla_

Seller didn't refund my money yet. The deadline given by allgero has ended.it is shame that we have to face such problem on one of the most trusted platform.
