A buyer is asking for refund

A buyer is asking for refund and I want to give it to him but I have no funds in my account and I do not have any of the bank available in the make payment section.

The buyer is now asking for a external payment via IBAN, should I trust him and do like that or he could also have a refund by Allegro after that?
