My account verification has been pending for quite a long time, and the person handling my case is currently on vacation, so I’m trying to find any way to get this resolved.

Hello @StewardesaBook, I checked your case numer 55040793 and in the last e-mail from 7.11.2025 our employee ask you to provide a document confirming the number assigned to the company DIČ: CZ8956236003. You can enclose it here: https://salescenter.allegro.com/registration/company-verification. Did you do that?
