1) When selling products using the One Fulfilment program, should we upload an invoice for each order?

2) What is the deadline for invoice upload?

3) This PDF invoice should be somehow electronically signed or should it have some specific text in the footer like "The document is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature".

4) Any other requirements for PDF invoices?
