I have 93% on time shipping. My understanding is and should get 4 points for every 1% over 90.
I am not being awarded points at all. Today and even lost some.
I have 14% Fast Despatch. (Allegro One has severely impacted this). I understand and should get 3 points for every 1%. However i am losing points every day.

Hello, i am not recieving points at all for On time or fast despatch. According to the description of how the points are awarded i should be.
@PERFEKTNI-RETRO In ‘Fast dispatch’ - we do not award negative points. This includes offers where you declare immediate or 1-day shipping and the order was shipped on the same day (we consider a package to be shipped when it is scanned by the courier). If an order has not been counted and should have been, please provide the order number.
Regarding ‘On-time dispatch’ - I see that points are awarded for orders that meet the conditions (i.e. sent in accordance with the declaration, where we consider a parcel to be sent when it is scanned by the courier). If any order has not been counted and should have been, please provide the order number.
I was losing 10 to 12 points a day in the Fast Despatch metric.
If you check my account history you will see.
Everything was sent on time over the last 10 days or so but i never got a single point.

Today i lost another 12 points for Fast Despatch. You said you do not deduct points for this.
I recieved no points for ontime delivery from yesterday.
Package numbers are 13955123416092 and Z3145425149.
The situation is now critical.
My account is in serious danger of slipping into -0 points.
Can you please fix this?

@PERFEKTNI-RETRO The orders indicated have not yet been recalculated – data for shipment Z3145425149 will be recalculated on 31 July, and for shipment 13955123416092 on 1 August. This means that these orders will only be recalculated in the indicated measures. You can check when a parcel will be assessed in the report for the given measure. The same situation applies to shipment A002GE0763. The remaining shipments indicated have already been included in the ‘On-time dispatch’ measure.
You do not receive points in the ‘fast dispatch’ measure because you declare shipment within 2 days for the indicated orders (for the fast dispatch measure, we take into account offers with a declaration of immediate or 1-day shipment). I encourage you to read this article to learn the details of how points are calculated in the measures.

I lost another 4 points for on time shipping today. I havent missed an on time in weeks and have 93%. How can i lose points after weeks of on time shipping and a score of over 90%?
There is something not right.
If this continues i may lose my account soon. I am maxed out on positive reviews. not much else i can do but send parcels as soon as i recieve the orders.
I wanted to grow my store in a big way but have had to put it on hold as it just isnt stable.
