I am preparing to activate a promotional campaign for medical device products on the Allegro platform.

However, I received the following prompt:

Cannot activate Features in the selected offer

We are unable to feature this offer. Pursuant to the new EU regulations, you must first provide us with a written permit to advertise medical devices. Download permission template.

According to the platform help center, a written advertising campaign declaration must be submitted via physical mail only to a designated address in Poland.

I wish to confirm: Is physical mail currently the only submission method available? Are email or backend online submission channels temporarily unavailable? Hi @KISSBOBO! Yes, the currently completed declaration (Declaration for Sellers – Advertising Medical Devices) sent by traditional mail to Allegro sp. z o.o. ul. Żelazna 51/53, 00-841 Warsaw, is the only way to provide us with written approval for your advertising activities (more information can be found in this article).
This declaration will be required to promote any offers in which you sell medical devices.
