I was choosing a too small size to print out the label, now I cannot change it anymore. I only can print the same label... Any ideas @w_kiwi @ko_alka @la_nika @nat_not @_HolaOla_ how to do this? Kind regards Claus
@Client:110502100 Hi Claus! 🙂 I removed the old label. You can generate a new one and this time select the correct size. 🙂
I m so sorry but the same thing happened again, could you please remove the old label again?
@Client:110502100 as I wrote in the other thread: your parcel has a status of ‘shipped’, so we cannot cancel the label. The quickest solution would be to contact InPost. Describe the situation and ask for the parcel to be cancelled.
