In order to increase the quality of sales on Allegro, we regularly introduce activities aimed at improving the comfort and safety of buyers. One of them is the delay in withdrawing funds from Allegro Finance. For partners outside the EEA, we may temporarily delay the ability to withdraw funds from the account balance until we can safely conclude that the relevant transaction or transactions have been completed. That's why you see "funds pending".
