Creating an international seller account

I am an international seller. I would like to start selling by either converting my existing ID to a business account or creating a new one.

However, I have a question: Is it impossible to sell on Allegro if I do not use Allegro's own fulfillment service? Do all products have to be sold using Allegro's fulfillment?

I have a Polish Tax Identification Number (VAT).

Hi, @Lajin! You do not have to use Allegro Fulfillment services. You can send parcels using our tools, such as Ship with Allegro, or send them via external tools, providing a masked customer email address. You can find more information on this topic in this article.

I am trying to convert my current account to a business account. I started the process under "Change to Business Account" and entered my Polish VAT number, but I received the following message: "We are unable to retrieve your company details. Please enter the details yourself further in the form."

I then proceeded to manually enter my company address, which is located in South Korea (as an international seller). However, when I tried to select the 'Province', the dropdown menu only listed Polish provinces. There was no option for me to enter my correct address.

Because of this issue, I am unable to complete the form and cannot convert my account to a business account.

Could you please provide assistance with this matter?

As a second method, I tried to create a new business account from scratch. However, a message appeared (as shown in the picture), so I stopped the registration process. This is because I do not want to use the Allegro Fulfillment service.

Therefore, despite trying two different methods, I am still unable to create a business account
