Update brand name for products

Hi,

We want to update the brand name for our products. but when we change the brand name from the backend,it reflects only for the one day and on the next day it change backs to the old brand name.

So, can someone please suggest the solution for this issue?

@Zoomyo Hello. 🙂 Are these products yours, is this your brand? Please give me this offer numbers or product ID in the catalogue, and new brand name.

Hi  @ko_alka .. Yes products are ours and mentioned are the two articles for which we want to update brand name.

Product ID: 12677582696  |New brand : zoomyo
Product ID: 12648607728  |New brand : zoomyo

As well I would like to inform you that there are many articles for which we want to update the brand name.
