Can i get scammed?

Hello as i see in rules of allegro the seller doesnt have to refund if he dont want. If the product i bought is wrong or broke in cargo or something. What is gonna happen, will i get my money back?

@Client:109070015 I don't know where you found the information about the seller not having to return the money. If he is a merchant and the customer has withdrawn from the purchase, he must return the payment. The same is if the seller acknowledges the complaint.
