Is it possible to change my coupon?

Hi everybody 🙂 I would like to know is there any way to change my coupon? Sadly I did not check when I buy it so it says I only can buy items related to culture. But I checked it is same price with the full voucher. So help would be great related to it.

@Client:109663615 Hello. We are unable to change the category of a gift card. Contact the support of the platform where you bought the card (don't know where you got it from).

Hello, thanks for your response. I bought it from Mybenefit platform and they say it is up to you to change it, it is possible but "Allegro" can change it. Actually, I did not even know that there are vouchers for different categories. So can you help me with this?  @ko_alka @mr_oma @la_nika @nat_not @_HolaOla_
