DPD courier didn’t deliver my parcel. He told the seller that he handed it to “a blonde woman” at my address — but I live alone and have no female neighbors. Despite this, the Allegro blindly trusts DPD’s response and automatically rejects all my complaints and Allegro Buyer Protection requests.
They’re basically trying to scam me out of 1500 PLN, giving no clear answers. I don’t understand why DPD rejected the complaint when it’s clearly visible that the parcel was handed to a blonde woman, as they confirmed themselves, while I am a man. That alone shows it was delivered to the wrong person. What will happen if they reject the complaint again? It doesn’t make sense for them to accept it, since they would have to pay compensation, so of course they’ll always side with their own employees instead of the customer.
I also never entered any agreement with DPD, so I don’t see why I should be the one dealing with their or the seller’s internal issues. If DPD refuses responsibility, who is actually protecting me in this case? I’ve already been trying to sort this out for over three weeks, and it’s becoming unacceptable that nothing has been resolved.

Whenever I call them, all they say is that the parcel was delivered, since no one wants to admit that it was lost or given to the wrong person.

No, this is an Allegro issue, specifically the seller's responsibility, since they are legally accountable for the product until it is delivered to me.

I don’t understand. I paid for the product, but I never received it. Neither DPD nor the seller can provide any proof of delivery. On top of that, I haven’t gotten my money back. What am I supposed to do—just trust that the seller is being honest?

As I told her, I’m sure they will keep rejecting the complaint, since I don’t see any benefit for them in accepting it. They would have to compensate the seller for the loss and admit that the parcel was lost and their couriers were unprofessional. No one really oversees how they handle complaints. As you can see, they’ve already rejected one. I’m more concerned that Allegro treats DPD as the final judge, the one who decides whether I’m being scammed or not.
