We have been selling on Allegro for more than a year and are trying to get in contact with someone from support.
I have been submitting tickets, but I don’t receive any notifications regarding the responses. I only receive an email for customer satisfaction. How can I provide feedback on customer satisfaction when I don’t see any discussions or can’t find a section on the platform with "submitted requests"?
I desperately need to resolve some financial issues and have not found any way to discuss them with someone.
I tried also to contact everybody from Allegro on linkedin to understand how you operate.
Please help.

@SuportBicicleta Hi Stefan! From what I see, you received responses to your reports. Advisors usually asked you for an answer and did not receive it. Please describe your problem in response to the Advisor's message, the last one is from January 14, 2025, at 18:16.
I understand that you have a problem with payments, the Advisor replied to your message in November. Please attach a current bank statement no older than 14 days regarding just this account. Remember that you can only verify one bank account at a time.

@SuportBicicleta You received the answers in emails. Check the mailbox assigned to the e-mail address to which you have an Allegro account.

I just receive an email titled "Are you satisfied with the Allegro service?"
Where can I see the tickets/requests submitted in the Allegro platform?

If yes, then please try to contact us differently, you can order a phone call, write to us via WhatsApp or Msg (you can choose the way of contact here).
With the payment issues it is necessary because the consultant may need to contact the operator.

All the transactions are blocked for more than one year and I cannot find any solltions to this because you cannot verify our bank account!!!!
What kind of support do you offer to your marketplace partners?
