Hello, I am facing a situation where Allegro support has been very incompetent and unable to help me. Perhaps you have encountered a similar case and could assist.
A buyer purchased items and is requesting a refund because they canceled the order. The commission fees were deducted immediately, so there were not enough funds available in my funds account to process the refund. I requested a commission refund, but the money was returned to the balance instead of funds. I still cannot issue the refund.
Could you please explain how I can top up my funds account so that I can complete the refund? Support claims this is impossible. How am I supposed to issue a refund if there are insufficient funds and I cannot make a transfer?
They provided a link explaining how to top up the account, but I tried all the available methods and none of them worked. If only Polish banks are supported while my business is registered in another country and uses a foreign bank, this means I cannot process refunds due to these limitations.
