Dear Support Team,
I am encountering critical issues with withdrawing funds to my Polish złoty (PLN) account and would appreciate your urgent clarification on the following:
---
1. Withdrawal Restrictions for PLN Accounts
My LianLian bank account only accepts PLN.
The direct "PLN withdrawal" option is grayed out/unavailable.
The only available option is "Payout with conversion", which forces conversion to EUR.
- **Question:** If I proceed with EUR conversion, will the transfer fail since my account doesn’t accept EUR?
---
2. Contradictory Bank Account Requirements
- When I tried to **add a new EUR account**,allegro displays:
*"Confirm with your bank that the account accepts Polish currency (PLN). If not, payouts will not be possible."*
- **Contradiction:**
- The platform blocks PLN withdrawals but requires PLN-compatible accounts
- How can I resolve this? Do I need to add a EUR account that also supports PLN (which makes no sense)?
---
**3. PayU Balance Deadline (August 25) & Emergency Options**
- Do all PayU balances must be withdrawn by August 25th before transitioning to Allegro Finance.
- Given my current situation:
- I only have a PLN account (unusable for direct withdrawal).
- Adding/verifying a new EUR account may not be completed before August 25.
- **Urgent Questions:**
- What happens to my PayU balance if I can’t withdraw by August 25?
- Is there an alternative solution (e.g., manual processing)?
Time is critical due to the August 25 deadline. Thank you for your prompt response.
Best regards,
@MEJEEU I will consult your application with the appropriate team. I'll get back to you with updates.
