Sales quality

Hello,

I have a question regarding our sales quality. We recently lost a significant number of points due to one negative review. We reached out to the customer asking if they could update the review since the issue has been resolved, but we haven’t received a response.

We also lost some points due to late deliveries, although most of these occurred more than 30 days ago. Now we are dispatching the parcels on time. Is there any way to improve our sales quality score more quickly?
