Hi,
I added a coupon to our store about 10 days ago. It is currently active for 39 more days. I cannot delete this coupon. But it cannot be used either. It cannot be displayed on the product page or the category page.
I also sent an e-mail regarding this issue. I received a reply asking for more details. I replied to that as well. And no one responded.
Either this coupon should be displayed on the category page or it should be deleted.
If I am doing something wrong or I did not understand, please explain it to me. How can I solve this issue??
